This 30 Ft boat slip on Pere Marquette Lake is just a short boat ride down the channel to Lake Michigan! Enjoy boating, fishing, jet skiing, and sun set cruises from the beautiful Crosswinds Marina.This slip includes access to a private fish cleaning station and a well maintained private bath house. There is a picnic area at the edge of the marina and water, electric and wireless internet are already hooked up to the slip. There is a small boat launch area and pump out facility for convenience. The condos now allows jet skis to be docked here. Currently the owners have 2 jet skis docked and are available for sale with the lift and drive up dock/ramp. Call for more info
