The condo is on a quiet, FLAT street. It also has a 1 stall garage on FLAT ground. It should be noted that there are a few steps into the home, amongst all this flatness. This home is NOT wheelchair accessible. New carpeting/padding has been installed in the two bedrooms and the hallway connecting them, along with the living room.
