Open to all Bidders. Seller will not respond to offers until the home has been on the market for 10 days. Offers must include a written development plan, written statement regarding the ability of the buyer to complete the renovations (i.e. proof that they are a licensed builder, or proof of other previous development) and proof of financing to complete the purchase and renovation. Buyers cannot be in the arrears for property taxes with the local unit of government on any other real state. Sale is subject to seller receiving clear title and attached addendum.
