Open to all Bidders. Seller will not respond to offers until the homes has been on the market for 10 days. Offers must include a written development plan, written statement regarding the ability of the buyer to compleate the renovations (i.e. proof that they are a licensed builder, or proof of other previous development) and proof of financing to complete the purchase and renovation. Buyers cannot be in the arrears for property taxes with the local unit of goverment on any other real state. Sale is subject to seller reciving cleat title and attached addendum.
