The living room dining area, kitchen and family room are open,each extending to each other. A 150 foot well, drilled in 2004, has never been hooked to the house. There is also no hot water heater in the house. An assessment of $40.50 is billed quarterly with the sewer bill to cover a bond paying for upgrades to the sewer system.
