Both units are currently rented out and require 24 hour notice to show. This duplex is located close to our community park and pool. Live in one unit and rent the other out to help make those payments. Upper unit is 30 days before occupancy. Lower unit has a lease through May. New roof in 2007. Stove and frig in each apartment. Newer carpet in the lower unit. Electric is separate for the units but the gas and water is all on one bill. Freshly painted in the last year.
