Description

Bank owned and sold “as is”. Damage is extensive due to water from a deteriorated roof which appears to have been going on for a long time. The roof has completely disintegrated with open holes to the exterior and water leakage that is pervasive. In several areas the water has saturated the ceiling and the weight has collapsed the drywall. The water has run behind all walls and damaged most of the floor covering. As you would expect the above has resulted in extensive mold growth. Protection from the mold is advised.
