Additional, not included in deposit, a non-refundable $200 cleaning fee required. Each signing tenant to provide full credit report from credit source of their choosing at their expense, and letter of reference/previous rent record from previous landlords & 12 months proof of income. Security deposit is to be in the form of a Cashier's Check made out to Willingham Real Estate, no personal checks, cash or money orders will be accepted. Commission is based off of rent fee, not including any additional fees.
