When clients describe to me their ideal home, It usually goes like this.."A big 3 car garage ranch home with a Master Bedroom on one side and 2 others on the other side (split ranch), high ceilings and a very open concept. A dining room and a sitting area to enjoy would be great. The kitchen should be large and have new stainless appliances and work well for entertaining. A big Master suite with good closet space, a big tub, separate shower, and large counters so we have lots of room. The yard should be large with some privacy. And if we could find it on a cul-de-sac or dead end road we would love it. Oh yes..and great schools are a plus, especially if they are close. We want it move in ready so we can enjoy it rather than remodel it. We would love a full partially finished basement with excellent storage too.
