The owners were incredibly wise in choosing the numerous upgrades found throughout this home when they built in 2017. My personal favorite is the "appliance bar" -- a little nook off the kitchen for your countertop appliances. That allows the gourmet kitchen to remain welcoming as you pull up to eat at the granite island, and gives the chef plenty of room to work at the high-end gas range top. Or maybe it's the sun room upgrade, bringing in so much natural light, that leads to a top-of-the-line Trex deck with built-in lighting in the railing. It could be the 9' ceilings on the entry level, with the open floor plan and hardwood floors, that just make it such a great home for entertaining. Then again, for a car enthusiast, the best upgrade would probably be the 3rd car port in the insulated garage, with gas heating and an air compressor, plus extra parking pad off the driveway.
