Come check out this recently updated cozy 2 bedroom unit. It is half of a duplex. We do a showing every day at 6 pm until it is rented out. Our renting process is simple, you come to check out the place any day at 6 pm, if you like it you give us your info and we send you the application electronically to fill out. It is first come first serve of qualified tenants. A qualified tenant is anyone with excellent rental history, a provable income of at least double the rent, clean background, and reasonable credit history. Due to our staffing situation PLEASE DON'T CALL if you like what see, you are more than welcome to come at 6 pm to see it in person. All measurements are approximate tenants or tenant's agent to verify.
