A beautiful recently remodeled unit is being offered for rent, it is half of a duplex, the unit next door is also being offered for rent at the same time. Our leasing process is simple, if you like what you see here please come to check it out any day before July 20 at 12 pm (that is the only time available for showing PLEASE don't call asking for another time due to our staff limitations). If you like it you can get a paper application or an online application. The unit will be rented to the first qualified tenant that submits a full application with all supportive documents and information.
