Red Oak Lodge was thoughtfully designed & custom built by it’s owners in 2005. The inspiration came from the owner’s love of Folk Art & their love of the Art’s & Crafts Movement. The 10 area estate has a “Lake Tahoe” inspired design brought to life by expansive windows, cedar siding, field stone & copper standing seam roof. The finishing touch; the oiled rubbed bronze fixtures & post/beam accents. It’s 5300 sq. ft. open floor plan has it all. As you enter through the front door you are drawn in by the natural light & the warmth of the space. 9’ ceilings, solid maple interior trim, 2 wood burning stone fire places, post/beam interior accents, chrome & brushed nickel, slate floors & the most interesting of all, concrete counter tops w/inlayed petrified fossil accents. The barn is over 125 years old. Its oak peg, post/beam construction date back to the days of the pioneer & barn raising era.
